Heard of Pilates before, but never Reformer Pilates? Don't worry, you're not alone!
Reformer Pilates is a type of Pilates that is done on a machine, called a Reformer.
The Reformer is an incredible invention that adds different levels of resistance to different movements. With hundreds of resistance & movement combinations, it is incredible at targeting different muscles in the body.
It designed to readdress your body's natural balance through a series of exact, controlled movements.
It has been designed to slim figures, improve posture and build lean, toned muscle, quickly. And believe us - it really works!
It is widely known for being one of the most effective body-sculpting workouts available anywhere.
It is extremely popular in LA & London, & with celebrities across the globe. The most common thing people tell us is that they've seen Reformer Pilates on programmes such as Made In Chelsea and The Kardashians.
It is a 'levelled up' form of Reformer Pilates that we are qualified in delivering.
Having gone to Notting Hill to train with the world famous TEN, Hannah learned the process of implementing additional movements to your Reformer workout, designed to enhance your sessions even further.
Absolutely not! As with any form of exercise, we all have to start somewhere. The beauty of our 1-2-1 sessions is that we work together to create sessions that are bespoke to you & your abilities.
We know first hand, how daunting it can be going into a class full of people who you think are far fitter & more experienced than you - there's none of that here! We truly welcome all abilities.
During your initial session we will:
- Have a chat about your current exercise & fitness status
- Carry out a full health check
- Analyse your posture & the natural way your body moves
- Discuss your personal health & fitness goals.
We will then introduce you to the Reformer & tell you a bit about it before taking you through a full body workout so you can experience the magic of the Reformer for yourself.
After your initial session, you will then be able to decide if you think Reformer Pilates is something you want to start doing more regularly, & we can let you know about our pricing structure & package options.
We encourage you to ask as many questions as you want throughout your consultation, but most importantly - have fun!
Yes, we do. But don't worry, we understand that sometimes life happens, and you may need to cancel your appointment.
Due to our limited availability and very high demand, we require payment upfront and operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellation can be made via phone, text, e-mail or social media.
Any cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will be eligible to transfer payment to an appointment on another day.
Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged.
